Dental implants are believed to be the best treatment option for patients looking replacement of missing teeth, particularly in esthetic zone. Peri-implant mucosal recessions can main problem anterior areas, while functional zone coverage exposed is not concern, because cleaning methods these structures much more important. Free gingival graft (FGG) considered as a common modality increasing soft tissue thickness and keratinized mucosa at natural teeth implant sites. In this case report 54 year old male patient presented with chief complaint unaesthetic dental exposure lower front region jaw since 6 years. technique was used cover implant. months follow up 80% seen.
